About the Program
The Turkish Preparatory Program, run by the TÖMERKENT center, is not a standalone degree program — it is a pre-departmental language preparation school that builds linguistic proficiency before faculty enrollment. The one-year intensive curriculum follows CEFR standards across 5 levels (A1 to C1). Each level integrates reading, listening, writing, and speaking skills holistically. Students are assessed through the Level Completion Exam (STS) and the Turkish Proficiency Exam (TYS).
