This program trains professional chefs and gastronomy specialists. Students learn Turkish and world cuisines, cooking techniques, menu planning, food safety, and restaurant management. The program includes practical training, experience in professional kitchens, and creative projects. Graduates are prepared for hotels, restaurants, catering companies, or opening their own restaurants. Tourism and culinary culture are developing.

Admission Requirements
The following documents are required for admission to Istanbul Kent University:
- International passport (valid for at least 1 year)
- Diploma or high school graduation certificate (with notarized translation)
- Transcript (academic record)
- 4 biometric photos (4x6 cm)
- Language proficiency certificate (if available)
A 1-year preparatory program is available if Turkish or English proficiency is insufficient.
