Requirements to Study in Turkey (Syarat Pendaftaran)

You need three core documents: a valid passport, your SMA/MA high-school diploma (ijazah), and your academic transcript (rapor/transkrip). A passport-style photo is also requested for your student record. There is no entrance exam (YÖS/SAT) and no IELTS requirement at Istanbul Kent University.

To start your application, clear scans in Indonesian or English are fine. For final enrollment, your diploma and transcript usually need a notarized translation; some documents may need an apostille/legalization. Yes. If you are in your final year or waiting for your ijazah, you can apply with a recent school certificate and transcript and receive a conditional acceptance. You submit your final diploma later, before enrollment.

There is no entrance exam score requirement. Admission is based on your high-school diploma and transcript. Specific programs (such as Dentistry or Pharmacy) may have stronger academic expectations — we tell you honestly whether your profile fits before you apply.

Send us your passport, diploma and transcript. We review them free of charge, submit your application to Istanbul Kent University, and you receive your conditional acceptance letter — usually within 48 hours. After that we guide you through the deposit, student visa in Jakarta, and your residence permit (ikamet) in Istanbul.
